Cathedral Church of Christ the Saviour 4: graffiti tags include "SOS". I presume that even if someone were a member of the Serbian Orthodox community and wanted to protest their persecution, they would deem graffitiing (even an unfinished, unconsecrated) church inappropriate; given this, though, I can't quite work out what the SOS refers to or appeals for.
