Institute of History (Instituti i Historise); the only visible part of the building, then still under construction, was the peak of bricks behind the wall; it will be a part of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (Ministria e Arsimit, Shkences dhe Teknologjese).

Kosovar noted that it will be under the Ministray of Education:

There is no Ministry of Archives...; it is Ministry of Education... - Ministria e Arsimit;

that is, not the Ministry of Archives, Science and Technology (Ministria i Arsivit, Shkences dhe Teknologjese) that I had earlier said it would be.
