Prishtine political art 3: "Jo nego[ciata]... Vetevend[osje] [No negotiation... Self-determination]": given the popularity of this opinion, it would seem surprising that the writers felt it necessary to stop, but the Vetevendosje organisation has a mixed reputation, so it may be that the negative aspects of their reputation were earned and it was the authorities who caught them - or that they weren't earned, but the authorities didn't know or didn't care... or it could be that the building's owners just didn't want graffiti on it.
